ZEKS provides time-proven condensate management solutions to keep compressed air equipment running optimally.
Condensate Management
Condensate is a natural byproduct of compressed air systems, but if it is not managed correctly, it can damage equipment, reduce efficiency, and create environmental compliance concerns. Depending on your system, condensate may need to be drained from the air system, treated before disposal, or both. Condensate drains and oil water separators help provide a reliable, compliant way to remove and treat condensate safely.
Oil/Water Separators
Oil-Water Separator OSB™ Series
20-60 SCFM
ZEKS OSB™ Oil/Water Separators are effective for reducing the hazardous waste content in compressed air condensate. Separating compressor oil from the condensed water allows for safe and cost-effective condensate disposal in accordance with local regulations.
Condensate Drains
Pneumatic No Air-Loss Drain
Pneumatically-powered, ZEKS Savair Drain collects and discharges condensate in compressed air applications. The drain requires no electrical connection and wastes no compressed air in operation.
EZDB 2 Drain Motorized Ball Valve Drain
The EZDB2 drain is engineered specifically for compressed air applications that have highly viscous condensate and pressure as high as 720 psi. This timed electric motorized ball valve is simple to install and set up and can be adjusted to meet numerous roles within a compressed air system.
Enterprize II™ No Air-Loss Drain
Enterprize II is an electronically controlled drain that wastes no compressed air during operation. Suitable for use on dryers, filters, aftercoolers or receivers, the Enterprize II is an effective solution for discharging clean or heavily emulsified condensates.
