Compressed Air Dryers
ZEKS offers compressed air dryers engineered specifically for high temperature and high pressure applications. Our CDA Series is unique in its use of available on-site cooling energy for compressed air drying.
Filtration Systems
Our ZFC cast filters, ZFF ASME-rated filters, and high-efficiency / low pressure drop Mist Eliminators protect process equipment and reduce production waste by removing harmful contaminants from the compressed air.
Condensate Management Systems
ZEKS OSB™ Oil/Water Separators are effective for reducing the hazardous waste content in compressed air condensate. Separating compressor oil from the condensed water allows for safe and cost-effective condensate disposal in accordance with local regulations.
Premier dryers incorporate features typically found on more expensive dryers, including insulated stainless steel heat exchangers, specialized moisture separator and an adjustable timed solenoid drain. All Premier models incorporate a precooler/reheater to maximize drying efficiency and eliminate the condensation that can form on downstream air piping. Refrigeration hot-gas bypass valve is readily accessible for seasonal adjustment.
